Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing our tests or services, please contact our support team within 48 hours of encountering the problem.

  • Duplicate Payments: If you have been charged more than once for the same test series due to an error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

  • Incorrect Charges: If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please provide us with the details of the issue within 7 days of the transaction.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are non-refundable:

  • Completed exam : Once a contest has been started or joined , no refund will be issued.

  • Cash Rewards: Cash rewards given based on rankings are non-refundable and are subject to the rules of the competition.

  • Subscription Fees: Fees for subscription-based access are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a subscription or ongoing service, please do so before the next billing cycle. Cancellations will prevent future charges but will not result in a refund for any payments already made.
